Please take a few moments to complete your survey of the 7 Steps of Processes of Embodied Restorying (PER) and the VIEW framework, The survey questions prompt you to reflect on PERVIEW:

After your survey you can reflect on your scores across the 7 Steps PER (PROCESSES of EMBODIED RESTORYING):

Step 1: Characterize: How clearly do you see your core values?
Step 2: Externalize: How well do you share, express, or challenge values with others?
Step 3: Sympathize: Are you reconciling internal value conflicts?
Step 4: Revise: Are any outdated values ready to be released?
Step 5: Strategize: Do you live your values in daily practice?
Step 6: Rehistoricize: What old value stories need retelling?
Step 7: Publicize: How do you model and inspire value-based leadership?

In each step the survey questions are designed so you do the VIEW of all the stories of events form birth until now, and into your future:

• Vibrations: Where in your results do you feel high or low energy? What score sparked a physical reaction?
• Inside thoughts: Which answers surprised you? Which confirmed what you already knew?
• Enegy What was the energy vibrational level on a scale of 1 to 10?
• Waves: Choice to Collapse the Quantum Energy Waves into your leadership or life values?

After completing the survey, you have the option to highlight the questions and responses then use CTRL C take a screen shot of the last pages and copy it into your NOTES using CTRL V and email it to Dr. David Boje PhD (DavidBoje@gmail.com) and he will run our interpretation and send you his short narrative of your current ensemble  leadership story and how to improve it;s efficacy.
